Our vision is to see all critical-cause nonprofits realize success! Because the field of nonprofit entities varies dramatically by factors such as: longevity/evolution, access to resources, Board leadership, volunteer participation, mission strength, community awareness,  business acumen, funding, operational leadership, etc., many small and start-up nonprofits struggle to maintain themselves long enough to realize their mission potential.

Our mission is to provide advisement, guidance and “hands on” support to nonprofits in need of leadership assistance, especially those with limited resources.  

Combining 25 years of successful nonprofit leadership experience with a solid foundation in education, we work “alongside” nonprofits to ensure they are positioned for success.
