Prior to starting Cascade View Consulting LLC, Paula served for 10 years as the Chief Operating Officer at the Westfield Area Y in Westfield, New Jersey from March, 2005 - June 2015.  Previously she served as Managing Director for Education and Training for Kintera, Inc., a software-as-a-service provider of knowledge interaction technology to nonprofit organizations. Prior to Kintera, Paula served for 13 years with the YMCA, most recently as a consultant analyst for the Metro Software Product with YMCA of the USA. For 12 years, Paula provided leadership as a branch program director, associate executive director and executive director for the Y of Central Maryland. In addition to her Y experience, Paula served 7 years as the Recreation Supervisor for the City of Benicia, CA; successfully established and operated PC Ehoff, a computer consulting and education service; and was Executive Director of the Benicia Education Fund.  Paula holds a master’s and bachelor’s in education from Towson University.  She has taught at the university level and has served on the boards of several community service organizations. Paula and her husband Clem have two grown children, Erik and Katti, and four very spoiled dogs.
